If you are a person of any age with a disability looking for support workers and you have a currently funded NDIS Plan, or are able to pay for services privately, then you are eligible to receive support services with MCMS.

My Choice My Support charges an hourly rate that aligns with the rates set by the National Disability Insurance Agency at the time that your service takes place. Please consult the NDIS price guide for more information.
Yes. MCMS always aims to introduce you to support workers who are well suited and trained to meet your needs and wishes.
If you feel that a support worker is not the right fit for you, we will listen to your feedback and introduce you to a different worker. We want you and our workers to have the best experience possible.
Yes. When you book a shift with MCMS, the minimum time is 2 hours. This aligns with the guidelines set by the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability (SCHADS) award.
Yes. MCMS will still charge for shifts that are cancelled within 24 hours of the start time of the shift. Support workers are also paid in full for shifts cancelled at late notice.
No. At MCMS we have all rosters set up and plans confirmed during business hours. Once people have established connections with their support workers, we encourage direct contact between both parties for any roster changes after hours.
Yes. MCMS Support workers are compliant with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements and also the local ACT requirements for Working with Vulnerable People.
Our workers have access to ongoing essential training, and we are also able to facilitate specialised training for high intensity skills or complex supports as required.
